Elite Tool expands with Missouri Works program
Elite Tool, a manufacturing company specializing in machining and fabrication, announced today it will invest more than $3 million to expand its existing facility in Lincoln County Missouri (Moscow Mills). This new expansion includes plans to add 20 new jobs to Elite Tool’s workforce.

Elite Tool is an established lean contract manufacturer serving aerospace, commercial, and government/defense industry applications since inauguration in 1992. Elite Tool’s 71,000 square foot campus is strategically designed to provide our customers with a single point-of-contact and accountability to simplify process management. To meet customers’ increasing needs, the company’s expansion will add positions with an average wage of $41,400 across all departments.

Elite Tool Services Include:
- CNC Machining – wide array of precision CNC Machining Equipment. Elite utilizes the latest versions of Mastercam and Solidworks Applications to perform off-line programming modeling and manufacturing support aids.
- CNC Lathe – CNC Turning services to provide our customers with numerous precision applications
- Cutting Technology – cutting-edge technology to provide a leading edge in the sheet metal and plate cutting markets (Omax Water Jet, Mazak Optiplex 3015 Laser)
- Forming – Elite Tool maintains a precision CNC Forming department specializing in tight tolerance forming capabilities.
- Fabrication – Elite Tool offers an established fabrication department encompassing over 38 weld certifications
- Coatings – Specializing in government and defense coatings
- Assembly – established assembly department that encompasses the ability to assemble subcomponents together up to installing electronics, motors, and hydraulic assemblies.
For its expansion, Elite Tool used the Missouri Works program, an incentive tool to help companies expand and retain workers by providing access to capital through withholdings or tax credits for job creation.
